JAKARTA – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has undertaken a major reshuffle in its leadership structure.

During its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Tuesday (27/5), Dian Siswarini was officially appointed as President Director, replacing Ririek Adriansyah.

This leadership change comes as part of TLKM’s strategic transformation, following its integration into the Danantara operational holding, under the umbrella of PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero).

Previously, Dian Siswarini served as President Director of PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) from 2015 to 2024, prior to the company’s merger with PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) into XLSmart.

In addition to changes in the board of directors, the AGM also reshuffled the Board of Commissioners, appointing Angga Raka Prabowo as President Commissioner to replace Bambang P. S. Brodjonegoro, who resigned.

At the same meeting, shareholders approved TLKM’s plan to conduct a share buyback of up to IDR 3 trillion. (DH/ZH)
