ISAT Director Ritesh Kumar Singh officially resigns

JAKARTA – PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), commonly known as Indosat, announced that its director Ritesh Kumar Singh has officially submitted his resignation letter to the company on Monday (26/5).
The information was conveyed in a public disclosure issued by the company. Ritesh, who also serves as Chief Commercial Officer, will step down effectively from 31 July 2025.
However, management did not provide any explanation for his decision.
“On 26 May 2025, the company received a resignation letter from Mr Ritesh Kumar Singh from his position as Director, which will be effective on 31 July 2025,” said Indosat Corporate Secretary Reski Damayanti in a report quoted on Monday (26/5).
Ritesh Kumar Singh joined Indosat in 2019, serving as Chief Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer at Indosat Ooredoo until 2021.
Following the merger between Indosat and PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I) in 2022, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer.
On 15 May 2023, Ritesh was officially appointed as a Director at the company through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). His term as director was originally set to run for four years, until 2027.
An Indian national, Ritesh holds an engineering degree from Amravati University, Maharashtra, and a diploma in Marketing Management from the Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Prior to joining Indosat, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Veon Bangladesh for three years, from 2017 to 2019.
According to IDNFinancials.com data, ISAT posted a net profit of IDR 1.3 trillion at the end of the first quarter of 2025, up slightly by 1.3% year-on-year. However, revenue declined 1.9% to IDR 13.6 trillion. (DK)
