JAKARTA – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) is distributing a total dividend of IDR 777.42 billion, equivalent to 75.90% of its net profit for the 2024 financial year, which amounted to IDR 1.02 trillion.

According to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Wednesday (28/5), Ang Andri Pribadi, Vice President Director of SMSM, stated that shareholders approved a dividend payout of IDR 135 per share.

This allocation includes the first interim dividend of IDR 143.96 billion paid on 28 May 2024, the second interim dividend of IDR 201.55 billion on 21 August 2024, and the third interim dividend of IDR 201.55 billion on 21 November 2024.

The remaining dividend of IDR 230.34 billion will be distributed on 24 June 2025 to shareholders registered on the recording date of 13 June 2025.

The remaining net profit of SMSM for 2024, amounting to IDR 246.75 billion, will be allocated to retained earnings.

Meanwhile, the company’s share price declined 0.53% to IDR 1,875 as of 1:43 PM WIB today. The stock has fallen 6.02% over the past week but gained 6.23% over the past month. (LK/KR/ZH)
