JAKARTA – PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (PRDA) has spent IDR 50 billion on share buybacks during a 20-day period, from a total budget of IDR 200 billion.

According to an information disclosure on Wednesday (28/5), Marina Eka Amalia, Corporate Secretary of PRDA, reported the realisation of funds and shares repurchased between 8 May and Wednesday (28/5).

The number of shares bought back amounted to 2.92 million, with IDR 150.76 billion in remaining buyback funds. Transaction prices ranged from IDR 2,523 to IDR 2,800 per share.

Previously, PRDA announced a three-month buyback programme, running from 8 May to 7 August 2025.

On the other hand, the company's shares declined 1.06% to IDR 2,800 at the close of the second trading session on Wednesday (28/5). Over the past week, however, the shares have gained 2.19%, and are up 1.08% over the past month.

As of April 2025, the company had 937.5 million shares outstanding, with ownership comprising 57% held by the controlling shareholder and 43% by non-controlling shareholders.

PRDA also recorded 7,528 shareholders as of April 2025, with 28% of shares categorised as free float. (LK/ZH)
