JAKARTA – PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) announced its new board of commissioners and directors during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Wednesday (28/5). Nezar Patria, Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital, has been appointed as the new President Commissioner.

The meeting also approved a change in the board of directors, with Syed Bilal Kazmi replacing Ritesh Kumar Singh as Director. According to an information disclosure on Monday (26/5), ISAT Corporate Secretary Reski Damayanti confirmed receipt of Ritesh’s resignation letter, effective 31 July 2025.

With the resignation of Ritesh Kumar Singh and the appointment of Nezar Patria, the updated list of ISAT’s commissioners and directors is as follows:
