JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) have reshuffled the board of commissioners following the departure of Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro from his position as president commissioner.

According to a public disclosure on Friday (30/5), Cut Fika Lutfi, BUKA’s Corporate Secretary, stated that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) agreed to appoint RD Adi Wardhana Sariaatmadja as president commissioner and Jay Geoffrey Wacher as commissioner.

Following the conclusion of the AGMS, BUKA’s board of commissioners now consists of RD Adi Wardhana Sariaatmadja as president commissioner, Jay Geoffrey Wacher as commissioner, and Zannubah Arifah as independent commissioner.

Adi Wardhana previously served as a commissioner at BUKA and concurrently holds the role of president commissioner at PT Surya Citra Medika Tbk (SCMA), as well as president director of PT Kreatif Media Karya (KMK). He studied at the University of Sydney.

Meanwhile, Jay Geoffrey Wacher also serves as commissioner at SCMA and PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK). He was formerly finance director of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP), and holds a law degree from the University of New South Wales. (LK/KR/ZH)
