JAKARTA — PT Mastersystem Infotama Tbk (MSTI) is distributing 69.84% of its 2024 net profit, which reached IDR 530.37 billion, as a cash dividend.

Since its debut on the stock exchange on 8 November 2023, the company’s dividend payout ratio has consistently hovered around 70% of net profit.

Jeo Halim, Director of MSTI, stated that shareholders had agreed to a dividend distribution of IDR 370.45 billion, or IDR 118 per share.

“It will be paid to shareholders on 26 June, based on the Shareholders Register (DPS) as of 13 June,” he said in a disclosure on Tuesday (3/6).

Additionally, shareholders decided to allocate IDR 159.92 billion as retained earnings, bringing the company’s retained earnings for the 2024 financial year to IDR 1.46 trillion.

In the 2023 financial year, the company distributed IDR 313.38 billion in dividends, or IDR 99.84 per share, equal to 69.99% of its net profit of IDR 447.72 billion.

Undesignated retained earnings stood at IDR 1.24 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 1.94 trillion.

MSTI’s share price edged up 0.35% to IDR 1,420 as of 4:00 PM WIB on Tuesday (3/6). However, the stock declined 0.35% over the past week and dropped 2.41% over the past month. (LK/ZH)
