CGS-CIMB Securities sells 230 million Indonesian Paradise (INPP) shares

Foreign investor CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 230 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) on Monday, April 29. Through this transaction, which was led by PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, the investor's share portion fell from 10.49% to 8.43%. Indonesian Paradise itself is an issuer that provides accommodation services. Aside from that, PT Aladin Global Ventures released approximately 18.62 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk.

On Wednesday, April 24, investor PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia purchased a substantial number of shares in PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META). PT BCA Sekuritas facilitated the acquisition of approximately 3.69 billion shares of this construction contractor company by this controlling shareholder, resulting in a significant increase in share ownership from 74.65% to 95.52%.

On Wednesday, April 17, PT Zed Utama Persada acquired 255.43 million shares of the life insurance company PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT). This new investor now owns 5.11% of the shares from the transactions conducted through three securities firms. Furthermore, PT Garam Ventura Indonesia, which owned 27.82% of the media and retail holding company PT Multi Garam Utama Tbk (FOLK), purchased an additional 114.85 million shares, increasing its ownership to 30.73%.

Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust purchased a total of 6,028,042,231 shares of PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK) on Tuesday, January 10. The Singaporean investor is a new shareholder who immediately owns 13.03 percent of this wood supplier and processing company. Nonetheless, Golden Harvest Cocoa Ltd., another foreign investor based in the British Virgin Islands, sold 5,591,266,231 shares of BTEK, reducing its ownership by 12% to 29.51%.
