On Monday, November 28, the controlling shareholder, Apac Investment 2 Pte Ltd, purchased 53.39 million shares of PT ERA Graharealty Tbk (IPAC). This subsidiary of APAC Realty Ltd. in Singapore has increased its ownership by 5.62%, bringing it to 90.6%. After that, PT DMS Investama also bought 40 million shares of its subsidiary, PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA), bringing its ownership to 37%.
