JAKARTA – PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE) has announced a plan to distribute cash dividends totalling IDR 12.6 billion, or equivalent to IDR 8 per share, from its 2024 financial year net profit.

The decision received approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held at Plaza Mutiara, Jakarta, on Friday (23/5).

Agustinus Sumandar, Director of Brokerage and Underwriting at YULE, stated that the company last paid dividends in 2007.

At the time, YULE distributed IDR 2.4 billion in dividends, or IDR 9.50 per share, with a recording date of 24 December 2008.

“Around 2018, the new management initiated financial consolidation. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought about global and domestic economic uncertainty. Because of that, we prioritised building up the company’s financial reserves,” said Agustinus during a public presentation on Friday (23/5). (DK/VA/LK/ZH)
