JAKARTA— On Monday, 19 May, Janny, a new individual investor in PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK), was recognized in the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. She immediately owns 5% of the shares in this food and beverage retail firm after purchasing 178.64 million shares. She purchased the shares via PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia and PT Korea Investment And Sekuritas Indonesia.

Antony Lesmana, another TGUK investor, actually sold 5.29 million shares through PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas, reducing his holdings. Only 7.47% of the shares are presently in his possession.

Foreign investor RR Capital Group Pte Ltd made the subsequent acquisition of 36.27 million shares in securities company PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE). His shares rose to 38.3% after completing the purchase via PT Panca Global Sekuritas.

The next two shareholders to purchase shares were two controlling stockholders. With a total stake of 67.49%, PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara purchased 29.46 million shares of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), an information technology business. The acquisition was conducted via PT Yakin Bertumbuh Sekuritas.

Additionally, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) acquired 9.70 million shares, or 84.45% of the total, of the metallurgical business PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR). PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia mediated this transaction.

This time, Jora Nilam Judge was the final investor to purchase shares. She increased her holdings by 5.65 million shares, or 39.98% in total, of PT Menn Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN). PT BNI Sekuritas was hired to help with the acquisition of fleet management solutions provider shares.

However, through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self was still selling shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), this time in a total of 245.16 million shares. Its stake in this mining parent company dropped to 10.17%.

Following that, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia sold 43.70 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), a mineral mining subsidiary of BUMI. The current stake of its shares is 8.22%.

Then, 749,800 shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a producer of palm oil, were werereleased by PT Nusantara Makmur Lestari, leaving 9.52% of the shares owned.

Lastly, INV Management Pte Ltd's stake in this cybersecurity service provider dropped to 41.93% after it sold 800 shares of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR). (KD)
