JAKARTA - PT Famon Obor Maju, as the controlling shareholder of PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), carried out a share reduction on Monday, February 20. A total of 658.88 million PRAY shares from this holding company of Primaya Hospital Group were sold, bringing Famon Obor Maju's share portion below 50%, or down around 4.7% to 46.47.

Furthermore, it also seems that some individual investors are selling shares. Sujito Ngatiman dumped 4,550,000 shares from broiler chicken farm issuer PT Dewi SHRI Farmindo Tbk (DEWI). Sutiadi Widjaja then sold 1,200,000 shares of textile issuer PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX), while Rudy Kurniawan Logam sold 289,000 shares of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD).

Not only that, but two foreign investors are still willing to be among the top sellers. First, GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 63.92 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Following it, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. sold 8,380,000 shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and 4,130,000 shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO).

On the other hand, few investors have been seen adding shares. The most money was spent by a Singaporean investor, Asia Agri International Pte Ltd, which purchased 270.14 million shares of PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (BEEF), increasing its ownership from 16.97% to 31.31%. In addition, another Singapore-based investor, Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore, purchased 1.5 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL). Finally, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) purchased 5 million DOID shares in a still-uncompleted buyback action. (KD)
