JAKARTA - On Thursday, September 7, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia increased its share ownership by becoming a new investor in four issuers at the same time. With an ownership ratio of 11.02%, Maybank Sekuritas spent the most on the purchase of 1.42 billion shares of poultry manufacturer PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU). Furthermore, this investor purchased 518.81 million shares, or approximately 5.45% of palm oil producer PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), followed by the purchase of 381.52 million shares, or 15.2% of taxi firm PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA). Finally, Maybank Sekuritas purchased 105.33 million shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) to gain a 10.44% stake in this oil and gas company.

Apart from that, a foreign investor from Malaysia, named Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd, was seen purchasing 81.58 million shares of the telecommunications tower company PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG). PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama also slightly increased its share ownership in food manufacturer PT FKS Food Sejahtera (AISA) by purchasing 2 million shares.

In the mining industry, PT Alpha Investasi Mandiri purchased 3.30 million shares of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN), a copper and gold mining company. Individual investor Sugiman Halim, on the other hand, sold 250 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Mineral Tbk (BRMS), leaving a final ownership percentage of 7.76%.

Finally, the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs sold 22.78 million shares from hospital issuer PT Royal Prima Tbk and released another 0.67% of its stake, followed by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 5.19 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Indonesia Tbk.
