JAKARTA - Foreign investors from the United Kingdom, Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, just became new investors in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) on Monday, October 23. This investor purchased 3.69 billion BIPI shares, giving them a 5.8% stake in this investment and infrastructure development firm.

Following that, PT Paraga Arta Mida purchased 7.45 million shares of real estate company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), while PT Sungai Budi purchased 3.60 million shares of cooking oil producer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA)PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) was also witnessed doing a buyback for about 2.91 million shares to reach 15.38% share ownership in its own firm.

Individual investors were also involved in share buying and selling transactions. Sujaka Lays first purchased 20 million shares of PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), a coal mining company. Sujaka now has a 29.47% ownership stake in the company as a result of this transaction. Second, Prajogo Pangestu appears to have increased his stock holdings by purchasing 4.50 million shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), a petrochemical and energy business. Third, Eka Murniasih was the sole individual investor who released her stocks by selling 1.68 million shares of PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA), which specialises in vocational education and hospitality.

Meanwhile, shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) sold the most, with the GOTO Peopleverse Fund releasing around 37.31 million shares. PT Monjess Investama also sold 17.47 million shares of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), a telecommunications product distributor. Finally, PT Mega Asta Raya released 5 million shares in PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk (BESS), a sea and river transportation company. (KD)
