JAKARTA - On Thursday, October 26, leading investment firm PT Rajawali Corpora acquired an 85% stake in gold mining business PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI) by purchasing 1.91 billion shares. PT Suwarna Arta Mandiri also purchased a significant number of 1.25 billion shares in the warehouse provider PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP), boosting its ownership percentage to 23.39%.

PT Damai Investama Sukses then bought 52.75 million shares of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), a mining and construction vehicle rental company. Additionally, PT Sungai Budi purchased approximately 2.60 million shares of the cooking oil production business PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA).

Meanwhile, foreign investor Chemical Asia Corporation Pte Ltd sold 142.65 million shares of financial services and investment firm PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO), leaving a 23.51% stake. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 14.15 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise.

PT Dua Putra Bersinergi added to the list of share sales by selling 78 million shares of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk (ISAP), which focuses on the industrial and machine tool industries. In the investment and infrastructure development area, around 70.55 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) were also released by PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance. Following that, the securities company PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE) sold 12.50 million units of its own company’s shares, followed by PT Davest Investama Mandiri, which sold 2.02 million shares of PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT), which operates in the finance technology and electronic commerce sectors.
