JAKARTA - On Wednesday, February 7, foreign investors purchased 196.29 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) for a net volume of 184.63 million shares. This transaction contributed to the foreign buying volume, which was 2.06 billion shares. Moreover, foreign sales volume was 1.85 billion shares, with net foreign volume closing at 211.01 million shares.

The shares with the second largest purchase belonged to the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), which were purchased for 124.53 million shares and recorded a net volume of 60.69 million shares. Shares of the logistics and mining services company PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII) were then purchased for 121.46 million, resulting in a net volume of 120.23 million. Shares of telecommunications company PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) were bought at 61.61 million, for a net volume of 54 million shares, followed by the purchase of nearly 50 million shares of renewable energy company PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), for a net volume of 44.73 million shares.

On the list of share sales, 526.48 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were sold by foreign investors, and the net volume was once again the lowest at -188.47 million shares. Furthermore, 111.41 million shares of the marine and maritime services company PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI) were sold, resulting in a net volume of -91.61 million shares. Shares of the bicycle manufacturing company PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk (UNTD) also sold for around 63.76 million, with a net volume of -50.64 million shares. In the mineral mining sector, foreign investors sold 46.32 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) for a net volume of -28.23 million shares. Finally, shares of the internet service provider company PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET) were sold for 26.62 million shares, with a net volume of -25.91 million shares. (KD)
