JAKARTA - On Tuesday, February 13, foreign investor First Fortuna Holdings Pte. became a new shareholder in PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk (FWCT). This Singaporean investor acquired approximately 452.25 million shares, granting it 24.12% of the shares in this plywood company. PT BCA Sekuritas handled this share purchase transaction on behalf of First Fortuna.

Additionally, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk acquired an additional 52.32 million shares in the private hospital operator PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), increasing its controlling stake to 78.21%. Following PT Bogamulia Nagadi's acquisition of 1.95 million shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), PT Arthakencana Rayatama also bought 2.09 million shares of the fuel distributor company PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA). Not to be left behind, individual investor Fathi purchased about 2.44 million shares of general contractor PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA).

On the other hand, PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama sold 47 million shares of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN), a property developer. Several foreign investors also sold shares this time around. The first was the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 33.11 million shares of the technology company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Furthermore, Resources Fortune Ltd. released 1.95 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), after DB Spore SES CLT A/C for NTAsian Discovery Master Fund released 5 million shares of financing company PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN).
