JAKARTA - PT Anugerah Kagum Karya Utama Tbk (AKKU), a business engaged in general goods and services trading, welcomed four new investors on Wednesday, March 6. First, PT Renaldijaya Ekainti now owns 16.08% of the business after recently purchasing 1.03 billion AKKU shares. PT Bintang Bersinar Cemerlang also acquired 721.18 million shares of AKKU, bringing it to approximately 11.18% of the company. Next, PT Korek Api Guna Mandiri and PT Gema Busana Raya both purchased shares, totaling 358.79 million and 394.61 million, respectively. Gema Busana is listed as the shareholder with 6.12% of the shares, and Korek Api Guna has 5.56%. PT NH Korindo Sekuritas handled the purchase of the shares in Renaldijaya and Gema Busana, while PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia carried out the completion of the other two investments.

This time, foreign investors were not absent from trading shares. Blooming Years Pte Ltd., the controlling shareholder of PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY), was the first to purchase an additional 18.95 million shares. BABY shares are in the retail business of selling accessories and clothing to babies and teenagers. On the other hand, the government of Singapore, through Citibank Singapore, sold 4.33 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a Telkom subsidiary that works in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, while GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold nearly 32 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a technology-based digital ecosystem company.

Next, individual investor Muhammad Rizki sold 6.16 million shares of PT Anugerah Spareparts Sejahtera Tbk (AEGS), the issuer of automotive components. Sendra Gunawan then proceeded to sell 3 million shares of PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk (AHAP), the issuer of insurance. Finally, PT Gema Investasi Utama released two million shares of PT Nusa Kontruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a private general contractor business. (KD)
