JAKARTA – PT BISI International Tbk (BISI) is allocating 47.05 % of its 2024 net profit, amounting to IDR 178.50 billion, for dividend distribution. However, the 2024 dividend value is 65% lower than that of the 2023 financial year.

Citing a disclosure on Wednesday (28/5), BISI’s Corporate Secretary A. Novia Edi Maharano said shareholders have agreed upon total dividend distribution of IDR 84 billion, or IDR 28 per share, on 19 June 2025.

The company reported unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 2.92 trillion as of the end 2024, with total equity recorded at IDR 3.39 trillion.

Cum and ex-dividend dates on the regular and negotiated markets are set for 10 and 11 June respectively, while the cum and ex-dividend dates on the cash market fall on 12 and 13 June. The shareholder recording date is scheduled for 12 June.

For comparison, in the 2023 financial year the company distributed a dividend of IDR 240 billion, or 40.29 % of total net profit of IDR 595.62 billion. Retained earnings at that time stood at IDR 2.98 trillion, while total equity was IDR 3.44 trillion.

Meanwhile, BISI’s shares slipped 0.50 % to IDR 990 in the first trading session at 11:52 AM on Wednesday (28/5). (LK/ZH)
