JAKARTA. PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) has implemented an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based smart retail solution in several locations, including the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia.

Said solution is provided by ZKDigimax Pte. Ltd., a joint venture initiated by ZKTeco Co. Ltd. and DMMX. This partnership is in line with the company’s initiative in branching out to global market.

Through the implementation of AI-based smart retail solution, retail business players are expected to be able to manage their contents on promotion screen in an integrated fashion through cloud infrastructure swiftly and according to the targeted audience.

Supardi Tan, CEO of ZKDigimax, mentioned that his party will always offer various innovations to transform the way consumers shop, interact, and make transactions. “It will also offer a new way in analysing consumer behaviour and outlet behaviour for retailers for them to enter the current modern retail era,” he added in the official disclosure.

As of now, the smart retail solution offered by ZKDigimax has targeted 15 countries, such as Chile, Peru, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc. This initiative is believed to be a strategic measure in the company’s participation in the global market. (KR/ZH)
