JAKARTA - On Wednesday, January 31, PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul started the share sale list by selling 687 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a company in the palm oil processing sector. Mitra Agro's ownership portion now stands at 46.94%, down from 49.83% before this transaction. Foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Private Limited carried out the subsequent share sale, selling 21.40 million shares of the integrated shrimp cultivation enterprise PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk. GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 19.36 million shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).

Several individual investors also participated in the share buying and selling operations. Paulus Totok Lusida began by selling 15 million shares of the automotive and financing company PT Industri Dan Dagang Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS), followed by Antonyo Hartono Tanujaya, who sold 7.16 million shares of PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO), which provides geographic information services and survey equipment trading. On the other hand, Jemmy Kurniawan purchased 125 million shares of the medical equipment manufacturing and trading company PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk (MEDS). Muhammad Rizki then made a fresh investment in the oil filter manufacturing company PT Anugerah Spareparts Sejahtera Tbk (AEGS), purchasing 51.56 million shares for a 5.13% stake.

Next in the palm oil plantation sector, PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia acquired 75.64 million shares of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (UNSP). PT Arthakencana Rayatama then purchased 4.24 million shares of the fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), followed by Blooming Years Pte Ltd, which purchased 2.20 million shares of the baby clothing retail company PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY).
