Another 16.5 million Bakrie Sumatra Plantation shares purchased by Paradiso Resources (UNSP)

On Thursday, March 21, Paradiso Resources Ltd. added approximately 16.5 million more shares of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (UNSP) after purchasing nearly 17 million shares on the previous trading day. PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia was the facilitator behind the transaction, which increased Paradiso's ownership stake in UNSP from 6.07% to 6.73%. Additionally, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), a company in the building materials industry, received 232,700 shares of new investment from foreign investor Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, and PT Maskapai Reinsurance Indonesia Tbk (MREI), a reinsurance company, had 20,000 shares purchased by Bank of Singapore Limited.

Up to 361.50 million shares of PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU) were transferred from PT Karya Citra Prima, the company's controlling shareholder, to IMR Asia Holding Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, on Thursday, March 7. Karya Cipta's ownership has drastically decreased from 89.25% to 11.55%, while this new investor based in Singapore now controls 77.7% of the issuer providing marketing communications services. The two investors conducted stock trading transactions using the same security, PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

On Monday, February 19, PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang acquired 405.35 million shares of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk (ADMG), a company that manufactures chemicals and polyester. This new investor received immediate control over 10.42% of the shares through this transaction, which was handled by PT Equity Sekuritas Indonesia. In addition, the department store issuer PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (RALS) initiated a further buyback action of 5.42 million shares, while PT Arthakencana Rayatama acquired 4.86 million shares of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), which distributes fuel.
