JAKARTA – PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) has allocated 65.01% of its 2024 net profit as cash dividend. The company’s total dividend payout increased in line with a 24.58% year-on-year rise in net profit.

In a disclosure published Tuesday (27/5), Yuliana Tjhai, Senior Executive Vice President of SOHO, stated that the company will distribute IDR 300.79 billion in cash dividends, or IDR 23.7 per share. “It will be paid to shareholders listed in the Shareholders Register (DPS) as of 11 June 2025,” she said.

The company’s net profit for 2024 reached IDR 462.65 billion. Retained earnings unrestricted in use stood at IDR 844.12 billion by year-end, while total equity amounted to IDR 2.71 trillion.

The cum and ex-dividend dates for the regular market are scheduled for 5 June, and for the negotiated market on 10 June 2025. Meanwhile, the cum and ex-dividend dates on the cash market are set for 11 and 12 June, respectively.

SOHO’s total dividend for the 2024 financial year jumped 97.49% from the previous year, which amounted to only IDR 152.30 billion.

The company recorded a net profit of IDR 371.34 billion for the 2023 financial year. Unrestricted retained earnings stood at IDR 533.77 billion and total equity at IDR 2.39 trillion. (LK/KR/ZH)
