JAKARTA – A total of 19 issuers are set to distribute cash dividends for the 2024 financial year on 4 and 5 June 2025.

As stated in the IDX disclosure, the list includes PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY), PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), and PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR).

INDY will distribute a total dividend of USD 5.04 million on 4 June 2025, equivalent to IDR 82.7 billion or IDR 15.92 per share.

This amount represents approximately 50% of INDY’s net profit for the 2024 financial year, which stood at USD 10.08 million. The cum date for INDY’s dividend was 15 May 2025, with the payment scheduled for 4 June 2025.

ASII will distribute a final dividend of IDR 308 per share on 5 June 2025.

Combined with the interim dividend of IDR 98 per share paid previously, the total dividend for the 2024 financial year comes to IDR 406 per share or IDR 16.43 trillion.

This equals 48.25% of ASII’s 2024 net profit of IDR 34.05 trillion.

Nevertheless, ASII’s total dividend per share this year is lower than the IDR 519 per share paid for the 2023 financial year.

JSMR will pay a dividend of IDR 1.13 trillion, equivalent to 25% of its 2024 net profit.
With a dividend per share (DPS) of IDR 156.23, this marks a 312.61% increase from the 2023 financial year’s DPS of IDR 37.86.
The dividend will be paid proportionally to shareholders on record as of the recording date of 21 May 2025.

  • PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN)

  • PT Segar Kumala Indonesia Tbk (BUAH)
  • PT Weha Transportasi Indonesia Tbk (WEHA)

Meanwhile, the 12 issuers scheduled to pay dividends on 5 June 2025 are as follows:
