JAKARTA – Two subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) have secured a bank facility commitment worth IDR 500 billion, signed on Thursday (22/5).

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, stated that the agreement was made between PT Protelindo and Iforte with PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia.

“Protelindo and Iforte have agreed to be jointly and severally liable for the fulfilment of all obligations under the agreement,” she said.

The facility will mature three years from the date of its drawdown.

According to her, the loan agreement does not materially affect operations.

These TOWR subsidiaries have been active in securing bank financing. For instance, they obtained a loan of IDR 1 trillion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP), IDR 700 billion from JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, and most recently, IDR 4 trillion from PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (BTPN).

As of December 2024, TOWR recorded total assets of IDR 77.82 trillion, total liabilities of IDR 58.65 trillion, and total equity of IDR 19.16 trillion. Revenue was reported at IDR 12.73 trillion, with net profit reaching IDR 3.33 trillion. (LK/ZH)
